With its in-house CNC machining infrastructure, Maktel machines prototype, low-volume custom and series-production metal parts to customer technical drawings. For automotive, defence, machinery, appliance, energy, electrical-electronic and general industrial projects, material, tolerance, surface quality, fit and repeatability are evaluated together.
What CNC machining services are offered?
We offer CNC turning, CNC vertical machining, milling, drilling, reaming, tapping and thread cutting, and precision slot, pocket, contour and surface machining. Wire EDM, fixtures, jigs, machine spare parts and custom part production complete this infrastructure. CNC turning produces shafts, pins, bushings, fasteners, gears and threaded parts, stepped shafts and custom rotational parts; CNC vertical machining and milling produce flat and angled surfaces, pockets, slots, precision hole patterns, complex contours and fixture bodies. Wire EDM machines tight-tolerance contours, complex internal geometries, die and tooling components, precision channels and special profiles that are difficult to produce by conventional methods.
What materials are machined?
We machine carbon, alloy, stainless, tool, quenched-and-tempered and free-cutting steels, aluminium alloys, brass and copper-based materials and special metals to customer specification, with material selection based on mechanical strength, wear, corrosion, machinability, temperature and operating conditions.
Fixtures, jigs and prototype production
Production and inspection fixtures, assembly jigs, custom holders, die components and process development equipment are made in-house — supporting fast response to production needs and reducing dependence on external suppliers for critical equipment. Manufacturability, material, tolerance and machining method are evaluated from a technical drawing or sample; a prototype or first article is produced where needed, and after approval the part is transferred to controlled series production with documented parameters.
Quality control and engineering support
GD&T requirements, surface quality, tool access, fixturing, critical dimensions and series-production suitability are reviewed together. Critical dimensions are tracked during production, and completed parts undergo dimensional, geometric and visual checks as required.
